How I Can Help
Most of the women who find their way here are not looking for someone to tell them what to do. They are looking for a space where the real picture can finally come into focus, where the anxiety quiets down, the decisions get clearer, and the weight they have been carrying starts to feel manageable.
I offer both therapy and coaching, depending on where you are, what you are working through, and what kind of support makes the most sense for you.
Women's Therapy
This is therapy that meets you where you are and moves with you. It is not a rigid protocol and it is not open-ended indefinitely. Sessions are structured, responsive, and grounded in over 20 years of clinical experience working with leaders, professionals, and high-achieving women.
My approach draws from Adlerian psychology and research on emotional intelligence and authentic leadership. That means we pay attention to both what is happening now and the patterns that formed long before your current job title. We work to understand the why behind anxiety, over-functioning, and emotional exhaustion. And then we move.

What We Work On
- Anxiety that shows up as rumination, second-guessing, and mental tabs that never close
- Decision fatigue and the difficulty of making even small choices
- Emotional exhaustion from holding other people steady all day
- Neurodivergence (diagnosed or undiagnosed)
- Life transitions: career changes, aging parents, children leaving home, shifts in identity
- Patterns that helped you succeed but are now costing you
- Building a steadier nervous system and a cleaner emotional life

Coaching Programs
The Invisible Load Lab
Sometimes a scene in a show feels uncomfortably familiar. Sometimes a lyric lands a little too close.
The Invisible Load Lab uses those moments as mirrors. Not for entertainment, but for language. Because it is often easier to recognize yourself in a character before you can name the pattern in your own life.
This program is built for women who are capable, respected, and relied upon and who are quietly carrying more than anyone sees. It is thoughtful, contained, and intentionally limited in enrollment so that each client receives real depth and attention.

The 6-Week Invisible Load Lab
A focused recalibration. This is not about fixing you. It is about untangling what you have been holding.
The program follows the Invisible Load Framework, a structured yet fluid process designed to reduce anxiety, clarify responsibility, and restore steadiness. Each session uses a cultural lens drawn from film or music to open the work, then moves into practical tools and personal application.
Session by Session
- Week 1 — The Load: We name what no one sees. The mental tabs, the emotional labor, the anticipatory thinking, the way you hold other people steady. Most women have never seen their load mapped clearly. There is relief in that alone.
- Week 2 —The Fault Reflex: Inspired by the cultural lens of It's All Her Fault. We examine where you learned to over-own, how hyper-accountability helped you succeed, and where it is now costing you. We separate responsibility from self-blame.
- Week 3 — The Anti-Hero Pattern: Inspired by the Taylor Swift song, Anti-Hero. When self-awareness turns into self-criticism, the late-night mental replays, the second-guessing, the internal monitoring. We keep your insight. We soften the attack. We close loops instead of reopening them.
- Week 4 —The Double Bind: Competent but warm. Strong but agreeable. Ambitious but endlessly available. We untangle which expectations are truly yours. Something begins to settle here. Week 4 is inspired by the movie Barbie.
- Week 5 — Women and Power: Inspired by the tv series, The Morning Show. The cost of always being steady. The emotional containment, the isolation of leadership, the strength that no one checks on. We refine boundaries and build a cleaner emotional perimeter.
- Week 6 — Steadiness: We integrate. A decision clarity framework, a nervous system recalibration rhythm, language for clean boundaries, a leadership identity not fueled by depletion but still driven by purpose. You do not leave different. You leave steadier.
The 12-Week Invisible Load Intensive
For the woman who realizes: these patterns did not start with this job.
This program goes deeper. We stabilize first, then examine early responsibility conditioning, untangle the good-girl-to-high-performer pipeline, and deconstruct the fault reflex at its roots. The goal is a rebuilt leadership model that does not cost you yourself.
Women who complete this program often say: "I did not know how tired I was until I wasn't."

The Executive Reset
This is for the woman leader who is functioning well but not feeling well. Stretched thin. Overthinking everything. Tired of constant rumination. You do not need years of work. You need focused recalibration.
The 6-Week Executive Reset
- Week 1 — The Real Load: Map visible and invisible responsibilities. Identify over-functioning patterns. Clarify what is actually draining you. Outcome: relief through clarity.
- Week 2 —The Overactive Brain: Why your anxiety will not shut off. Tools to calm mental spirals and reduce decision fatigue. Outcome: fewer late-night mental tabs.
- Week 3 — Boundaries Without Guilt: The emotional labor at work and at home. How to stop absorbing everyone else's stress. Language for clean limits. Outcome: less resentment, more steadiness.
- Week 4 —Decision Clarity: Moving from rumination to resolution. A structured method for hard choices. Outcome: confident decisions without the spiral.
- Week 5 — Identity Beyond Performance: Untangling worth from productivity. Rest without guilt. Reclaiming parts of yourself outside responsibility. Outcome: energy not fueled by pressure.
- Week 6 —Sustainable Leadership: Your personalized regulation system. Clarity rituals for high-stakes seasons. A long-term steadiness strategy. Outcome: calm that lasts beyond the program.

The 12-Week Deep Stability Program
For the woman who realizes: I cannot keep doing it this way. This program goes deeper into the root patterns driving anxiety, over-functioning, and emotional depletion.
- Phase 1 (Weeks 1-4) -— Stabilize: Nervous system regulation, sleep and rumination work, emotional boundary clarity, immediate anxiety reduction tools
- Phase 2 (Weeks 5-8) —The Overactive Brain: Why your anxiety will not shut off. Tools to calm mental spirals and reduce decision fatigue. Outcome: fewer late-night mental tabs.
- Phase 3 (Weeks 9-12) — Rebuild: Sustainable leadership model, decision-making mastery, energy allocation strategy, a new internal baseline of steadiness
Women who complete this program experience a calmer nervous system, clearer decision-making, stronger emotional limits, more presence at home and at work, and a felt sense of stability rather than just productivity.
