About

Hi, I'm Jenny.

I work with high-functioning women who are carrying a great deal at work and at home, yet quietly feeling overwhelmed beneath the surface.

My practice was created for women in leadership, management, executive roles, entrepreneurship, and caregiving who want therapy that is thoughtful, grounded, and genuinely supportive.

My approach blends clinical depth with leadership insight. I help clients understand the patterns shaping their nervous system, relationships, and sense of self so they can create meaningful change, not just keep coping.

Why This Works

Across more than 20 years as a therapist, including a decade spent working closely with women on the pink couch, and through my doctoral work in organizational leadership, I began to see what others often missed. Many of the women leading organizations, teams, and families were quietly exhausted from the invisible weight. C-Suite Counseling was born at the intersection of clinical depth and leadership insight creating a space where high-performing women can put that weight down and learn to lead without disappearing.

How You Show Up

Working with me feels like an exhale and a reset. You won’t be shamed, fixed, or picked apart, but you also won’t be able to hide behind how well you hold it all together. Most of my clients are high-functioning women who are quietly exhausted, and they need someone who sees through their competence without dismantling their confidence. Clients often tell me, “You’re warm, but you don’t let me off the hook.” That balance is intentional, because real relief comes with real change.

The Personal Layer

When I’m not in session or chauffeuring my six kids around town, you’ll find me hunting for a treasure at an antique shop or reimagining another room in my 1920’s Tudor home. My style is grand millennial at heart, a mix of heirloom and modern that somehow just works. I have a soft spot for perfectly salted McDonald’s fries and zero shame about it. I believe strength and softness belong together, in home, in life, and in the work I do with clients.

How I Work

My work is grounded in the Adlerian tradition, an optimistic and practical framework that balances individual insight with an understanding of how we function in relationship to others. What that looks like in practice is a session that feels structured but not rigid, exploratory but not aimless.

I draw on research in emotional intelligence and authentic leadership, which means I pay attention to how the patterns showing up in your nervous system and your relationships are connected to the ways you learned to function early in life. We do not just talk about what is happening. We work to understand why, and then we move.

Sessions are typically 50 minutes. The work is collaborative. You will leave most sessions with something to think about, sit with, or try.

Is This a Good Fit?

You are likely a good fit if you are:

A woman in a senior leadership, management, or executive role, or a founder or business owner

Carrying significant responsibility at work and at home

High-functioning on the outside and quietly depleted on the inside

Looking for therapy that is structured and purposeful, not open-ended indefinitely

Ready to do real work, not just vent
Based in Pennsylvania or Texas for therapy, or anywhere in the US for coaching

This may not be the right fit if you are:

Currently in crisis or requiring intensive psychiatric support (I am happy to help you find the right level of care)

Looking for a purely solution-focused coaching relationship without any clinical depth

Seeking a therapist within your insurance network
